We recommend 2x 20 drops daily in a cold or hot drink. Dr. Muche’s liquid ginger classic are particularly delicious in fruit or vegetable juice - my favourite is naturally cloudy apple juice. In the colder months or when the weather is changeable, a hot tea with ginger or a glass of hot ginger water is particularly soothing and warming. And remember to shake the bottle before use to ensure that everything is well mixed – as with unfiltered fruit juice.

Where do the plants for Dr. Muche’s liquid ginger classic and Dr. Muche’s liquid ginger with thyme come from? How are they processed?
The plants (plant parts) we use come from controlled cultivation. Our ginger "roots" - they are actually rhizomes - come from Indonesia or Nigeria. Thyme grows throughout the Mediterranean and we source it from different countries in this region, depending on its quality. The plant extracts are obtained using a gentle process, that is using natural carbon dioxide as a solvent.

Yes. All our ingredients are of purely vegetable origin, making our products ideal for vegans and vegetarians. Their calorie content is virtually zero, which means you don't have to worry about taking in too many calories.What if I am lactose or gluten intolerant?
Dr. Muche’s liquid ginger classic and Dr. Muche’s liquid ginger with thyme do not contain lactose or gluten. Both drops can be taken if you suffer from such an intolerance.What is the shelf life of Dr. Muche’s liquid ginger classic and Dr. Muche’s liquid ginger with thyme?
Thanks to the gentle production process, our drops have a shelf life of several years as long as the bottle has not been opened. The exact expiry date is printed on the label of each bottle. You can store our drops at normal room temperature; this also applies to the opened bottle. Once opened, they should be consumed within three months.
